Our Clinic is located at 908 Baltimore Ave. STE 302

The entrance of the building is located at 107 W 9th St, and not on Baltimore.

There are three free parking spaces located at the front of the building. If these are taken, there is ample street parking available on 9th St.

Once inside the first doors, you may use the call box at the entrance. Dial 304 and you will be buzzed in. Once inside the main entrance, hop into the elevator and text or call (816) 416-0590, and I will call the elevator up to the third floor!
