Cupping
Specific suction cups are placed on a specific areas to gently pull and engage the muscles and fascia through suction pressure.

Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a more gentle therapy that goes deeper into scar tissue and facial adhesions.
The ancient healing art of Gua Sha means to 'scrape wind'.
This natural and unique way improves circulation by gently scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool. Similar to cupping, this technique breaks up stagnant blood and energy and scar tissue in the muscle to stimulate blood flow.
